All chip and pin machines from Phoenix Terminals are accredited by the following banks and acquirers (HSBC, Barclays Merchant Services, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Cardnet, NatWest Streamline, American Express, Diners Club, Japanese Central Bank, Giftcard) and allow your business to accept secure payments from all major credit and debit cards.
Please note that you do not have to acquire (accept cards) through the same bank that your business’ account is held with. Whilst we have no preference as to which acquirer you use, we advise all customers to shop around to find the best acquiring rate.

Each Phoenix Terminals chip and pin machine is supplied with everything you will need to start processing credit and debit card transactions immediately (including battery, charger and one thermal paper roll). EFT 930-G
The latest in wireless chip and pin terminal technology, this outstanding payment machine utilises a SIM card for high-speed credit and debit card transactions, without the need for an expensive land line. Customised receipt printing (e.g. waiter ID, room number, table ID) and the unique paper print option for gratuities make this terminal ideal for the hospitality industry. In addition, the flexibility offered by wireless transaction processing enables waiting staff to take card payments from customers’ tables and outside in pub gardens. The mobility of this machine also makes the EFT 930-G the natural choice of payment terminal for use at shows and outdoor events where no static phone line is available. SIMs from a choice of providers are available to ensure the best coverage in your area.
Weighing some 480g, the small size of the EFT 930-G belies its robust build. The large backlit screen and solid keypad ensure ease of use, whilst the range of features and functions are second to none. End of day management reports (including individual waiter tip totals) are accessed via the simple menu screen, whilst transactions are authorised securely online at the time of purchase – meaning traditional payment polling is not required.

EFT 930-B
Utilising Bluetooth technology, the EFT 930-B is a powerful chip and pin machine, which can be used remotely within range of the base. Consequently the EFT 930-B is a popular choice of credit card terminal in restaurants and bars.
The sturdy yet ergonomic design (weight approximately less than 470g) complements the terminal’s advanced functionality, providing a great all-round solution for most merchants. Running the same industry-approved software as the other payment terminals in our range, sales, refunds and end of day reporting are all accessed at the touch of a button via the simple menu screen.
As with all chip and pin machines available from Phoenix Terminals, the EFT 930-B is accredited by all major banks and accepts all major credit and debit cards.

EFT 930-S
The EFT 930-S is a counter-top credit card terminal, ideal for use in most shops and businesses. At a mere 465g (approx.) this chip and pin terminal is easy to handle and at 79mm x 180mm x 65mm takes up a minimum of counter space. Its solid construction and large screen mean the EFT 930-S is more than up to the challenge of constant, everyday use. Similar to the other chip and pin machines we offer, this terminal features a long-swipe magnetic card reader in addition to the standard smart card interface, ensuring secure payments can be taken in every circumstance. Featuring a curly cord and ‘magic box’, this credit card terminal utilises a standard phone line for real-time payment authorisation.
As with all the chip and pin machines from Phoenix Terminals, the EFT 930-S is perfect for environments where speedy transactions and ease of use are of prime importance.
